Elsey Bell

Elsey has been tattooing since 2017 and piercing since 2026. She focuses on ornamental designs as well as black and grey. Her goal is to create tattoos that accentuate the person wearing them as artwork. Her ornamental style of tattooing and her expertice in body piercing both serve the goal of decorating the body not just as a canvas to hold art, but the body as a piece of art itself.
